A few weeks ago I created some helpful audio resources for you all to use whenever you may feel called to. You can find them on the Audio Resources page, where you can listen to them or download them to keep and listen to whenever you like.
The first resource “Setting Up Your Ideal Day”, is a short 5 minute meditation designed to be listened to when you first wake in the morning. It is a tool to help you set the intention and tone for your day.
The second resource “Exercises for Protection and Alignment” contains two exercises that are designed to assist you with shielding yourself from the emotions, actions and energy of others, and staying in alignment with your own intentions, beliefs and morals.
The third resource “Light Bath Exercise” is one that can be used to help with intense feelings and/or anxiety.
The fourth resource is a “Relaxation Exercise” that is a bit longer than the other resources and can be used when you would like to experience a deeper relaxation.
